Associate Account Executive
The Associate Account Executive is a key member of a Didit Client Services team who is responsible for the execution of campaign management projects. The scope of these projects include daily paid search campaign monitoring, keyword, and optimization decisions utilizing Didit’s proprietary Maestro technology platform. The Associate Account Executive is required to think creatively and analytically about how clients advertise their products and services across the search engines, and the impact that their adjustments and optimization decisions will make based on client business goals and objectives.
The Associate Account Executive also makes changes to search ad copy (titles/descriptions) and landing page associations (client websites and pages they drive traffic to). They may collaborate with Strategists and Account Executives on planning search engine, media, keyword expansion and refinement, and campaign re-organization projects that they will execute. This includes various types of keyword expansions and refinements based on client business elements, goals, products/services, competition, and other factors.

Responsibilities Include:
- Daily Campaign Optimization and Monitoring
- Campaign Optimization
- Review daily campaign trends and opportunities.
- Perform ongoing campaign optimization and stabilization initiatives
- Responsible for completing projects in a timely manner
- Review engine campaign structures and keyword/creative/landing page groupings
- Communicate campaign opportunities to Strategists and Account Executives.
- Make adjustments to keywords (match types including negatives, etc.), creatives, and landing page associations based on Account Executive’s direction
- Report daily initiatives/tasks that are performed on client accounts
- Assign Production tasks from projects worked on to Account Coordinator(s).
- Communicate status of tactical initiatives (internally and occasionally to clients)
- Tracking Setup and Quality Assurance
- Assist the Account Executive with Didit’s data tracking setup process
- Review client conversion data for parameter consistency and other issues requirements
- Production and QA
- Project Assignment/Management
- Assign Production tasks to Account Coordinators
- Manage Production tasks assigned to Account Coordinators
- Review and verify projects for correctness and communicate any errors or issues to Account Executives
- Engine & External Communications
- Campaign and Technology Issues
- Escalate Maestro system and search engine errors and issues to Technology department
- Campaign Cause/Effect of new Products/Services
- Responsible for understanding new search engine products/services through materials and training.
- Understands new products/services and the impact they will have on client’s campaign, providing key information to Account Executives when needed
- 1+ years of experience in search engine marketing or optimization, OR 1+ years of experience in online marketing/media, (i.e. an interactive agency, online media company, or client company where online media and marketing was a focus)
- Previous experience and success working within a team environment
- Previous experience and success working in a project-focused environment
- Ability to receive direction, multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to think analytically, be comfortable reviewing marketing data and quantitative reports
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized
- Extreme attention to detail and desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, (self starter)
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong experience working with the Internet, knowledge of major online businesses, strategies, and market
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications and various Windows applications, (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
- BA/BS or equivalent
